K&K Property on Tuesday unveiled a new price list for its Sutton development in Kowloon City, offering 24 units at an average discounted price of around HK$19,768 per square foot, 4.2 percent higher than a previous batch released in November.

The new batch includes three one-bedroom, 13 two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom units, with discounted prices ranging from HK$7.28 million to HK$20.44 million, or HK$17,914 to HK$22,607 per sq ft, according to investment and sales director Tony Cheng Chi-wing.
The first five buyers of three-bedroom units will receive a designated parking space valued at HK$2.5 million from today until March 31.
The project has sold a total of 50 units, accounting for about 70 percent of the available units, generating over HK$530 million, Cheng said.
