22 infected in mainland, including seven more in Xinjiang

China reported on Saturday 22 new confirmed coronavirus patients in the mainland Friday, including 14 imported patients and eight locally infected.

Among the local pateints, seven were reported in Xinjiang and one in Guangdong province, the National Health Commission said in its daily report.

One new suspected imported patient, was reported in Shanghai, and no deaths related to the disease were reported on Friday, the commission said.

On Friday, 57 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery, the commission said.
