Hong Kong stocks fall at the open before tariffs hit

The Hang Seng Index fell by 39 points, or 0.2 percent, to 23,167 points at the open, ahead of the looming US tariffs.

The Hang Seng Tech Index fell by 0.16 percent to around 5,398 points.
