Vanke HK's Le Mont unveiled the third price list

Vanke Hong Kong unveiled the third price list of Le Mont in Tai Po, offering 82 flats with average discounted price of HK$11,480 per square foot, 1.5 percent higher than the previous one.
The developer received over 4,400 cheques for 122 flats in Le Mont, making them oversubscribed by 36 times.
The property saw over 11,000 visitors since the opening of show flats last week.
