Belgravia Place II more than 12 times oversubscribed

Henderson Land Development’s (0012) Belgravia Place II in Cheung Sha Wan was 12.8 times oversubscribed, having ultimately received more than 1,900 cheques for the project's 148 flats.

The developer kicked off the first round of sales for the project on Friday, with plans to increase prices by up to 5 percent in the next round of sales.

Henderson Land aims to roll out five new projects in the future, altogether offering more than 1,300 residential units.
