Blue Coast II releases 62 flats

CK Asset’s (1113) Blue Coast II in Wong Chuk Hang has released its fifth price list for 62 flats, with an average price of HK$22,781 per square foot after discounts, a 2 percent increase compared to the previous list.

The 62 flats include 31 two-bedroom and 31 three-bedroom units, all in Tower 3. Sales will start this week.

The flats are priced between HK$9.22 million and HK$17.96 million after discounts, assistant chief manager of sales Moni Yeung Kwai-ling said.

The cheapest flat is a 446-sq-ft two-bedroom unit that costs HK$20,679 per sq ft after discounts.

Chief sales manager William Kwok Tze-wai said the primary market recorded around 15,000 deals last year and he is optimistic about sales this year as unsold flats are gradually being absorbed by the market.
