La Montagne Phase 4A draws over 1,100 registrations, 16 times oversubscribed

Phase 4A of La Montagne in the Southside, led by Kerry Properties (0683), has received over 1,100 expressions of interest, about 16 times oversubscribed.

Around 70 percent of interested buyers are from Hong Kong Island, primarily the Southern and Central and Western Districts, with some interest from Kowloon and the New Territories.

The mix of investors and owner-occupiers among them is balanced.

The show flats have drawn over 5,000 visits since their opening.
