La Montagne in the Southside, co-developed by Kerry Properties (0683), Sino Land (0083), Swire Properties (1972) and MTR Corp (0066), will launch the sale of 87 flats on Thursday.

The flats involve 65 units starting from HK$9.5 million after discounts, as well as 22 units sold by tender.
The units unveiled by the price list include 49 two-bedroom ones and 16 three-bedroom ones, with sizes ranging from 486 to 661 square feet, said Tong Yiu-chung, Hong Kong general manager at Kerry Development.
Flats by tender are all three-bedroom types, with sizes between 861 and 915 sq ft, he added.
The project launched the third price list last Tuesday, offering 65 flats with average price of HK$21,845 per sq ft after discounts, nearly 22 percent lower than the first list rolled out one and a half year ago.
However, the nearby large-scale project Blue Coast II developed by CK Asset's (1113) priced the first batch at HK$21,526 per sq ft after discounts on average, close to the latest batch of La Montagne.
