The 'Love in a Winter Garden' afternoon tea culinary collboration goes on until the year end from Monday to Friday between 32:30pm and 5:30pm, and on weekends from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, is a rare chance for diners to experience the scents and sweet and savory treats.
Sylvie and Christophe created the first fragrance house dedicated to cologne and launched a new olfactive family: the Colognes Absolues.
The fragrances of the Atelier Cologne’s latest Joie de Vivre Collection are introduced in a menu (HK$688 per set for two) featuring the regenerating and refreshing virtues of citrus fruit of the collection – Orange Sanguine, Love Osmanthus, Oolong Infini and Clementine California.
This experience is complemented by an elegant Atelier Cologne tea bottle, which offers a refreshing Oolong tea-based mocktail for two when guests share their experience on the public social media accounts.
The tea time creations are presented in a custom-made wooden ‘treasure box’ that will be unlocked in the presence of guests when served.
A complementary Atelier Cologne gift set also comes with each tea set for two. This includes a festive exclusive Fragrance Ceramic (x2 per) with Cologne Absolue 1.7ml (x2).
The afternoon tea menu includes, Orange Sanguine: snow crab and lobster cocktail (citrus, Kristal Kaviari caviar), Christmas ornament (cinnamon ginger bread, blood orange cream); Love Osmanthus: snow world (osmanthus jelly, white chocolate cream, lychee foam), Jerusalem artichoke velouté (honey and osmanthus poached pear, artichoke crisp); Oolong Infini: oolong mushroom (oolong whipped ganache, dark chocolate crumble), Brie de Meaux and black truffle “Croque Monsieur” (mushroom and oolong tea ketchup); and Clementine California: winter spices yule (dark chocolate cream, clémentine jell, speculaas crunch), roast duck, pancetta and chestnut “En Croute” (blond citrus marmalade, confit kumquat).
