Moon fest marvels served up at Grand Hyatt

All-time favorites, and creative flavors stand out in the Mid-Autumn Festival delights being served up by Grand Hyatt Hong Kong for the tradtional family celebration.

The hotel's delectable mooncakes are in classy, elegant packaging to savor and share with friends, family and business associates.

Executive Chinese Chef Li Shu Tim has crafted three options of distinctive flavors: 'Full moon,' Bright Moo and 'One Harbour Road Collection.'

One Harbour Road Collection (HK$398) features three special and creative flavors: the decadent and classic egg custard, the fruity egg custard with pineapple, and the aromatic white bean paste with roselle and salted caramel. 
The Full Moon Box (HK$438), has authentic white lotus seed paste with two salted egg yolks, encased in a thin pastry that is fresh and delicate.

Bright Moon Box (HK$378) is filled with well-balanced egg custard for a delicious melt-in-the-mouth experience, perfectly portioned for sharing to create a memorable occasion. 

All boxes of mooncakes are are adorned with One Harbour Road’s signature show plate collection, symbolizing unity under the full moon, making them the ideal gifts.
