HD’s mascot ‘Housing Protector’ joins all-out campaign for LegCo turnout

The Housing Department (HD) has enlisted its mascot, “Housing Protector,” in the government’s citywide push for the December 7 Legislative Council election, releasing a new video in which the character urges citizens to vote to protect Hong Kong's future.

The department declared that just as the hero never hesitates to crack down on public-housing abuse, he cares deeply about Hong Kong’s future.

In the clip, the HD stated that the superhero dropped by Housing Authority headquarters to rally alongside senior management, joined by the cheerful “Ballot Box Family” characters, all urging residents to head to the polls.

The department stressed that every single vote matters and called on the public to use their ballots to safeguard the city’s tomorrow.
