Hang Seng Index inches up in early trading on Wednesday

The Hang Seng Index rose in the early morning trading session on Wednesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index inched up by 33 points, or 0.13 percent to 26,512 points. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index increased by 0.5 percent to around 5,712 points.
