The graduating cohort at Shrewsbury International School have been celebrating an outstanding set of academic results this year, culminating in a double average CAT4 score of 120.
Having also secured places for Year 7 at highly regarded secondary schools in Hong Kong (such as Chinese International School, Singapore International School and Kellett) and the UK (such as Wycombe Abbey, Cheltenham Ladies’ College and Tonbridge School), spirits among the group are understandably high.
“Shrewsbury students are uniquely well supported in their journey of scholarship. Ours in an academically centred environment that understands that happy students learn most effectively. We also provide an extensive range of support services for the identification and selection of best-fit Secondary Schools led by a singularly designated School Partnership Coordinator.” Ben Keeling, Shrewsbury Principal.
“Whilst initially overwhelmed by the options available, but we have been exceptionally well guided by the information available at Shrewsbury and know that we are in good hands.” Parent of students in Year 4 and Year 5.
Shrewsbury International School Hong Kong has also recently announced the opening of the Hanqing Bilingual Pathway, initially for students placed into Early Years classes from January. Leveraging the evident strengths gained by association of the English National Curriculum, enrolled students will benefit from a unique blend of learning experiences and dual language instruction, to include the conduct of Mathematics in Chinese.
