Vaccinated can try their luck at striking gold

Henderson Land Development (0012) will hold six lucky draws from June to September, giving away 999 gold totaling 300 taels and more than HK$1 million shopping coupons to encourage coronavirus vaccinations.

The biggest prize is 60 taels of 999 gold worth over HK$1 million.

Together with the sister company The Hong Kong and China Gas Company's (0003) promotion worth of HK$3 billion, the companies offer nearly HK$10 million worth of prizes to those who are above 18 years and fully-vaccinated.

The promotion is funded by Henderson Development Anti-Epidemic Fund, established by chairmen Peter Lee Ka-kit, and Martin Lee Ka-sing in early 2020.

Online registrations are to open later this month. A computerized lucky draw will be held every two weeks from July.
