Phase 6A of Deep Water South releases sales brochure with 463 units

Phase 6A of Deep Water South in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066), has released its sales brochure on Thursday, providing 463 flats.

The project included mostly one-bedroom units, amounting to 180, with the rest being two-and three-bedroom layouts, ranging from 334 to 917 square feet, and special units of 297 to 2,011-sq-ft. 

The development is expected to be completed on May 30, 2027, with around 15 months of presale period.
