Nine premium units sold at the Headland Residences Tuesday

Swire Properties (1972)’ the Headland Residences in Chai Wan sold nine premium units Tuesday, including one- and two-bedroom apartments with usable areas ranging from 437 to 522 square feet. Discounted prices range from HK$6.9 million to HK$9.4 million , or HK$15,529 to HK$18,000 per sq ft.

The Headland Residences has recorded 112 transactions to date, with total sales amounting to HK$960 million.
