Global football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo arrived in Hong Kong early this week to prepare for the upcoming Saudi Super Cup, taking time to tour the newly opened CR7 Life Museum at K11 Musea - an immersive exhibition dedicated to his legendary career.
Accompanied by close friend and Al Nassr CEO José Semendo, along with the club's sporting director Simão Coutinho, Ronaldo on Sunday explored the 12,000-square-foot space showcasing rare memorabilia and interactive installations tracing his journey from Madeira to global stardom.
A walk down memory lane
During the emotional visit, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner engaged with exhibits including a wax figure depicting him as Middle Eastern royalty and a recreation of his first Lisbon bedroom. "This means more to me than any trophy," Ronaldo remarked after learning about the museum's young visitors, visibly moved while reliving career highlights.
The Al Nassr section particularly delighted the current Saudi Pro League player, who jokingly demanded more space for his current club's display.
The museum also features replicas of key locations, including the filming studio for his YouTube channel "UR Cristiano."
CR7 Life Museum brings rise in foot traffic
Since its opening, the CR7 Life Museum has significantly boosted foot traffic at K11 Musea, recording a 30 percent increase in July visitors compared to the year's monthly average.
The attraction has also driven a 20 percent year-on-year sales increase for adjacent luxury retailers, demonstrating Ronaldo's enduring commercial appeal.
The exhibition celebrates not just Ronaldo's record-breaking achievements but also the core values of discipline, resilience and excellence that defined his rise from humble beginnings to football immortality.
