In an effort to encourage citizens to vote in the upcoming Legislative Council election on December 7, the Immigration Department has released a promotional video featuring renowned snooker player Marco Fu Ka-chun.
Following the invitation of snooker legend "Rocket" Ronnie O'Sullivan for a promotional video, the director of immigration Benson Kwok Joon-fung invited Fu to lend his star power to the initiative.
In a light-hearted moment during the video, Fu, after watching clips featuring O'Sullivan and Kwok, playfully remarked, "Are you going to play snooker with O'Sullivan without inviting me?"
To which Kwok responded, "You often play with O'Sullivan, but the Legislative Council election is different; it only happens once every four years."
Fu took the opportunity to urge citizens to vote on the day, stating that it is essential for the public to get involved in the elections and shape the city's future.
