Wang Xingxing, founder of the prominent Chinese robotics company Unitree Robotics and worth 6.7 billion yuan (HK$7.6 billion), was recently found to be registered on the dating platform "Qing Teng Love," sparking online discussion with his modest listed partner preferences, mainland medias reported.
His criteria for a partner include “possessing basic scientific literacy, holding upright values, abstaining from smoking and drinking, and being sincere and kind,” according to the report.
On his profile page verified by both real-name authentication and academic credentials, he introduces himself as a 35-year-old master's graduate from Shanghai University and a height of 172cm, with an annual salary exceeding one million yuan, while describing himself as a "pro-technology advocate."
A customer service representative from the dating platfrom confirmed that the account is indeed verified, but stated that as the platform does not offer a targeted search function, they could not verify whether it's operated by the individual personally or if it has been canceled.
Unitree is one of Hangzhou's "Six Little Dragons" tech startups, with its humanoid robots making a splash on the Spring Festival Gala stage for two consecutive years. Last year, Wang made his debut on the 2025 New Fortune 500 Wealth Creation List with a fortune of 6.7 billion yuan.
