Top air conditioner supplier AUX Electric filed for a HK IPO

AUX Electric, one of the world’s top five air conditioner suppliers, has filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The company integrates the design, development, manufacturing, sales, and servicing of air conditioning systems. 

According to data from Frost & Sullivan, AUX ranked as the fifth-largest air conditioner supplier globally by sales volume in 2024, with a market share of 7.1 percent.

For the year ended 2024, AUX posted revenue of 29.76 billion yuan (HK$32.57 billion), up 19.84 percent year-on-year, while net profit rose 17 percent to 2.91 billion yuan.

China International Capital Corporation (3908) is the listing’s sole sponsor.
