Ant Group linked to collaboration with CATL, Hellobike

Alibaba-linked (9988) fintech giant Ant Group has reportedly signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chinese battery manufacturer CATL and bicycle-sharing transport service platform Hellobike, mainland media reported.

This cooperation is said to be focused on on green, smart mobility, with other aspects covering digital technology, green operation, and green investment, the report said.

The three parties plan to set up general service platforms on smart driving and new energy travel.

A joint venture is also in the works to promote related applications and commercialization.
