For example, many new units on offer in the market install front-loading washing machines in open kitchens, resulting in a reduction in storage space. K. Wah has, on the other hand, thoughtfully choosen to place top-loading washing machines in the bathroom instead, adapting it to modern homes, thereby achieving space optimisation.

K. Wah understands the rising expectation on the quality of clubhouses, as well as the increased interest in sports. At its latest project, “KT Marina” at Kai Tak, it boasts three themed swimming pools, including an indoor heated pool that allows residents to enjoy swimming year-round. Additionally, the standard-sized full ball court inside is equipped with LED lighting and professional audio equipment, which serves as an ideal venue for various ball games as well as large-scale events.

K. Landscape design will be a standout feature at “KT Marina”, which covers over 98,000 sq. ft. of landscaping area, the largest of its kind in Kai Tak. Based on the design concept of “GARDEN IN THE CITY”, the team incorporates colourful elements of nature into the living environment with flowers trees, shrubs, flowers, water features and vertical green walls, creating a different scenery for each season. The landscape will comprise more than 100,000 shrubs and 100 flower trees planted across 12-themed gardens.
