China's start-up board index hit its highest in more than four years today, as investors cheered Beijing's fresh reforms in its capital markets to help bolster the economy.
The start-up board ChiNext Composite index climbed
by 1.01 percent, its highest since January 7, 2016.
At the close, the Shanghai Composite index was
down by 0.08 percent at 2,965.27, while the blue-chip CSI300 index was up by 0.08 percent.
