Hang Seng Index falls in early trading on Thursday

The Hang Seng Index fell in the early morning trading session on Thursday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index dropped 165 points, or 0.6 percent to 27,100 points. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index declined by 1.34  percent to around 5,426 points.
