HSI slides 212pts, dragged by tech shares

Hong Kong stocks fell at Friday's open, dragged by tech shares, as investors are capitalising on previous gains.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index opened at 26,272, 212 points or 0.8 percent lower than the previous close.

The tech gauge also dropped to 6,317, 0.97 percent lower from the previous close.
