Ruling on review over HKTV expected in 2 weeks

The High Court will give a ruling within two weeks on whether to grant leave for a judicial review of the government's refusal to issue a free-to-air TV license to Hong Kong Television Network.
The leave application is sought by two individuals, and not by the TV company, which is also seeking to overturn the government's decision last October. --RTHK
