Chile jolt ignites fires

Some houses in Iquique in Chile were on fire after an 8.2 magnitude offshore earthquake rattled the northern region. At least five are dead.
The quake struck at 8:46 pm local time at a depth of 10 kilometers from Iquique on Chile's northern coast, the United States Geological Survey said. The Hawaii-based Pacific Tsunami Warning Center issued a warning.
