Man found dead on Sha Tau Kok shore

Police were alerted to Sha Tau Kok this morning after a body was discovered near the beach shores.

At 8.21 am today, some anglers found a man lying face down on the shore near Pok Tau Ha, located on Luk Keng Road.

The paramedics pronounced the approximately 50-year-old man deceased on site. 

The man wore a gray jacket, a black shirt, and pants, with no identification documents. 

Police are investigating the cause of death and the deceased man's identity.
