New Zealand Rugby has paid tribute to trailblazing former All Blacks lock Andy Haden, who died on Wednesday following a long battle with cancer. He was 69.
Haden played 117 games for the All Blacks, including 41 Tests, and captained them eight times. His international career ran from 1972 to 1985. "Andy was one of the most recognizable figures in New Zealand Rugby," NZR chief executive Mark Robinson said. "He will be remembered as one of the true greats."
