More than 200 runners joined a race on Sunday that required them to rush to KFC stores across the city on foot.
The KFC Delivery Run saw 70 teams of three runners visit as many as 29 designated KFC stores and conquer four Spartan obstacle tasks within three hours.
The winner, Team Kabd, finished the run in 1:35 hours and received prizes valued at more than HK$100,000, including KFC Hong Kong Annual Chicken Passes and vouchers.
KFC has also donated HK$20,000 to Project Dignity, an organization committed to creating job opportunities for the disabled and the disadvantaged.
"We hope to promote social inclusion and create employment opportunities for people with disabilities, helping them unleash their potential and integrate into the community," said Karen Chan, general manager of KFC Hong Kong and Macau.
