As scares go, it was a shocking moment for fans of Keung To, a leading light in the dozen-strong Cantopop boy band Mirror, when he keeled over in a Tsim Sha Tsui mall.

The 22-year-old Keung was with bandmates Edan Lui Cheuk-on, Anson Lo Hon-ting and Jeremy Lau Ying-ting and was posing for fans after a commercial shoot yesterday morning, but five minutes after they showed up he was down and out of it for a short spell.

As he regained consciousness security and mall staff helped him to his feet. He was then led away to somewhere quiet followed by chants of his name by fans and a few sobs of concern.

Mirror's manager Wong Wai-kwan, best known as Sister Fa, later provided an update on his condition, saying Keung had recovered. She added: "Keung had a stomach ache this morning, and the mall was a bit stuffy and cameras were flashing around him. That's why he lost his footing and fell. He is now resting and everything is fine."
