Different customer services will be provided at new Tuen Ma Line MTR stations, as seen in a media preview arranged by the MTR Corp yesterday.
There will be unmanned "Smart Customer Service Centres" at Hin Keng and Kai Tak stations, where passengers can speak to staff via video calls for general inquiries.
Passengers who encounter more complicated issues need not worry.
A mobile service team will roam around the stations to spot passengers that look lost, or commuters who seem to have a faulty Octopus Card, and provide them with assistance.
