More Regency Bay flats hit the market

Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) is to sell 53 flats at Regency Bay in Tuen Mun on Friday.

The developer has collected about HK$1 billion after selling 152 flats at the project.

In the New Territories, a luxury residential plot at Castle Peak Road (Ting Kau) is available for sale by tender with a target price of HK$160 million, according to Colliers International.

Separately, a homebuyer forfeited a deposit of about HK$200,000 after walking away from buying a 290-sq-ft flat at Seacoast Royale in Tuen Mun, which was priced at HK$3.96 million, or HK$13,669 per sq ft.

In the secondary market, a three bedroom flat at City One Shatin changed hands for HK$11.35 million, or HK$13,858 per sq ft, after HK$650,000 was cut from the original asking price.

Empire Group and Hong Kong Ferry (0050) sold all 185 units in the third and fourth price lists for Seacoast Royale in Tuen Mun. Together, the two lists were 50 times oversubscribed, with 9,500 checks received for the 185 flats on offer. The 62 flats in the fourth price list were priced at an average HK$14,393 per sq ft after discounts, around 6 percent higher than the first price list.
