Wheelock and Company (0020) has named its three projects in Lohas Park O'EAST.
Phase 5 of the projects providing 1,600 units will start to sell this year, while Phase 7 will have 1,100 units and Phase 9 1,600 units.
About 320 units in Phase 5 at O'EAST will be on the market in the first round of sales.
The unit area for Phase 5 is from about 300 square feet to more than 1,000 square feet.
Henderson Land (0012) is to put three new projects on the market this year.
Phase II at Eltanin in Tai Kok Tsui and a project on Jupiter Street at North Point will be launched in second quarter and the Chung Ching Street Project in Sai Ying Pun will be launched in the third quarter. They will provide 970 units in total.
