Wharf (Holdings) (0004) and Nan Fung Group yesterday sold via tender an 8,054 sellable-square-foot house at Mount Nicholson at the Peak for HK$630 million or HK$78,222 per ssf yesterday.
They have sold three hou-ses at Mount Nicholson. In February, they offloaded a 9,455-ssf house for HK$830 million, or HK$87,784 per ssf, and a 9,173-ssf house for HK$740 million, or HK$80,672 per ssf, in April.
