Harboring intentions

Weekend Glitz | 8 Oct 2021

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Architectual Services Department, let's have an architectural tour around Hong Kong.

Although the Mid-Autumn Festival has just passed, the Wan Chai promenade and the Central section of the Central and Western District Promenade still hosts a four-meter-tall moon installation.

The moon shows changes from time to time and, combined with the pavilions, benches and grassy lawns, is a great spot for photography and relaxation.

Use the surrounding architecture for your composition and choose a good angle. For example, if we look at the harbor through the pavilion, we can create a picture-frame effect.
