The Bulgari B.zero1 collection looks so avant garde that it's hard to believe it was created 22 years ago. At a time when jewelry was all about blinged-up rocker chic, the Italian fashion house blazed its own trail.
Fusing the fluid lines of Rome's Colosseum with the brute strength of industrial tubes resulted in the first B.zero1 ring - that sleek look for a unisex collection.
Since then, the collection has been constantly reinterpreted. Last year, it was given an added luxurious touch with the addition of diamonds and a new monicker: the B.zero1 Rock.
Six new pieces join the collection this year.
The hero piece is a showstopping 18-karat white-gold necklace made with 7.2 carats of diamonds in total. Every link in the chain echoes the iconic ring's distinctive edges and its rounded shapes.
Bulgari also mixes it up by injecting black ceramic into the edges of some of the new pieces to reflect the signature double wave which encircles B.zero1 Rock's studded core.
