Digging in the sand

For Sandworm, Charlie Roberts’ first solo show in Hong Kong, the American artist uses the mythical creature from Frank Herbert’s science fiction work Dune, as a metaphor for the contradiction between nature and human civilization.

Apart from the art pieces, the exhibition will also show a complementary wooden sculpture and a small bronze figure.
