Carnivores are in for a treat at Beefbar. Its Valentine's Day tasting menu (HK$1,580) is packed with the choicest meat.

Apart from the Matsusaka beef tartare with pickled radish, there is also pan-fried foie gras and Australian wagyu crossbred rib-eye cap. Save room for dessert, a sugar crystal ball filled with mousse and berries.
