Are your spider senses tingling yet? Your friendly neighborhood Spider-man will be swinging by to pay you a visit soon.
Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong has announced that Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales for PlayStation 4 and 5 will be released on November 12.
Digital pre-orders for the game will be available soon. You'll have the option to choose between Standard (HK$398) or Ultimate (HK$568) editions for the PS5 version. Both editions include the full game and bonus incentives for pre-order purchase.
The digital bonuses include a Time Response Activated Circuit Kinetic Suit designed by Javier Garron, an early unlock of Gravity Well Gadget (which pulls enemies together to knock them down and disarm them), and extra skill points.
In the latest adventure of Marvel's Spider-Man universe, the teenager is adjusting to his new home while following in the footsteps of his mentor, Peter Parker, as a new Spider-Man.
But when a power struggle between a devious energy corporation and a high-tech criminal army threatens to destroy New York, the aspiring hero realizes that with great power comes great responsibility.
It helps that he discovers unique powers that set him apart from his mentor - such as bio-electric venom blast attacks, covert camouflage power, as well as web-slinging acrobatics, gadgets and skills.
Sony promises stunning visuals realized in 4K and HDR. Morale's New York is detailed, right down to reflections on buildings with ray tracing. An optional 60 frames-per-second performance mode brings the universe to life.
Adaptive triggers on the DualSense wireless controllers allow you to feel Spider-Man's webs on your fingertips, while the immersive haptic feedback means you can actually experience each one of Morales' punches, web shots and venom blasts.
Hear the city come alive around you thanks to the PS5 console's Tempest 3D AudioTech - a 3D spatial audio which enables you to hear what's happening around you from the rooftops to the city streets.
All those features, though, do not slow down the game. The PS5's ultra-high speed solid-state drive loads and reloads the game in next to no time.
