Wheelock Properties has opened a show flat for its Koko Reserve tower in the neighborhood of Lam Tin.

The two-bedroom show flat - Flat B, 8/F in Tower 1 - measures 828 square feet and includes an en-suite room for a domestic helper.

The furnished show flat has two balconies measuring 30 sq ft and 16 sq ft. The ceiling's height is around 3.2 meters, providing a sense of space while the floor is paved with marble, offering a touch of elegance.

An off-white sofa adorns the living room, along with a low coffee table and a floral carpet that creates a sense of warmth. In addition, a long, marble dining table for six is set on one side of the living room, decorated with stylish chandeliers, providing a comfortable environment.

The living room and balcony are connected by a large, glass sliding door to fully extend the visual space.

The master suite is big enough to accommodate a double bed and two head cabinets on either side of the bed. After placing a large wardrobe in the room, there is still space for other furniture.

A glass wall defines the office space in the master suite. The space has desks and storage shelves, which are both practical and graceful.

The bedroom has nearly floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony which, in addition to providing lighting and ventilation, offers its residents outdoor vistas.

The second bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate a bed, desk and wardrobe.

The rectangular kitchen has a window for ventilation and the bedroom with a restroom for the maid is connected to the kitchen.

The bathroom in the master room as well as the one next to the living room have a bathtub and window for ventilation.

Koko Reserve adopts a low-density design with six flats on each floor and three lifts in the building. The flats overlook either Victoria Harbour or the inner garden.

The second phase of the Koko Hills development, Koko Reserve has caught the interest of families who are looking to relocate within East Hong Kong Island and East Kowloon, as well as buy-to-let investors, according to the developer, Wheelock.
