HKR International (0480) has opened two show flats at Poggibonsi in Discovery Bay on Lantau Island.

They are unit A and unit E on the 11th floor in Block 5.

The three-bedroom unit A measures 1,066 square feet and the two-bedroom unit E is 763 sq ft. They have spacious living and dining rooms, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which connect to the balconies and flat roofs.

The two show flats reflect a simple and modern style with gray and white hues. Gray leather, white wood, as well as golden lines brighten the interior. The light color scheme highlights the outside sea view and green landscape.

The entrance to Poggibonsi is near an inclined lift, which brings residents down to DB North Plaza, offering easy access to the plaza in addition to a taxi stand, bus station and Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong.

Residents can enjoy the leisure and healthy environment of Discovery Bay.

Over half of the residents of Discovery Bay speak English or other languages, creating an international atmosphere rooted in a strong sense of community.

As part of the Central and Western District network, Discovery Bay also offers access to renowned secondary schools in other locations.

The community of Discovery Bay is a low-density residential area in a seaside setting highlighted by the 400-meter long Tai Pak Beach as well as al fresco dining along the D'Deck waterfront promenade.

Poggibonsi's water-facing residences offer ocean views, with Hong Kong Disneyland, ifc and ICC, and the Hong Kong skyline in the distance.

Poggibonsi offers buyers a variety of flats. It consists of three towers and provides 196 units, which measure between 344 and 1,844 sq ft and are designed into studios to four-bedroom units.

The infrastructure development also unlocks Lantau's investment potential.

The presence of the Hong Kong International Airport combined with the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge have put Lantau at the center of Hong Kong's international and regional connectivity, with the island also forming the hub of a one-hour intercity traffic circle within the Greater Pearl River Delta.

The developer will pay the ad valorem stamp duty for buyers who opt for 60-day cash payment plans, subject to a cap of 3.75 percent of the purchase price.

Meanwhile, buyers who purchase specified units before August 31 will be entitled to a Majestic Design furniture voucher of HK$68,000.
