Eden Manor, which adjoins the Hong Kong Golf Club in Fanling, under Henderson Land Development (0012), recently launched 28 new units. Two show flats were made available, one plain without modification, and the other featuring an elegant design.
The specially-designed three-bedroom unit, room A on the 25th floor at block 9, comes with a saleable area of 967 square feet.
Passing through its distinct entrance, the unit opts for a light wooden tone with sparse golden decorations in the living and dining rooms, with a marble table under unique lighting to create a touch of aristocrat luxury.
The wall near the six-seat dining table is brown and dark blue to create a cozy feel. An eye-catching picture hangs on the wall of the living room and adds an artistic touch to the unit.
The unit has a ceiling height of 11.32 ft and brown wallpaper around the sofa. A light sofa chair set against the brown wall creates a unique blend. The living room's bay window connects to a viewing terrace, giving you a panoramic view and offers improved ventilation and lighting.
The master room and one of the bedrooms offer similar views. A geometrically patterned carpet artfully lines the floor of the spacious master room.
The children's room offers excellent lighting and ventilation with its windows.
A washroom and a small balcony link to the long kitchen.
Hirsch Bedner and Associates is commissioned for designing the resort-style Club Eden covering around 57,000 sq ft. It is expected to have a sauna, indoor pool, outdoor pool, yoga room, and wellness center as well.
Eden Manor is close to a Hong Kong-China border crossing, with only a 7-minute drive to Lok Ma Chau, or 9 minutes to Lo Wu.
The project has a total of 590 units, including 25 houses. It has sold 307 units since early 2017, receiving HK$2.85 billion, with houses expected to launch in the fourth quarter of this year.
