A man was slashed in the forehead with a cutter during a noise-related dispute in a Mong Kok subdivided flat early Thursday morning.
The incident occurred around 2 am at Sincere House on Argyle Street when a male resident, apparently disturbed by noise, confronted his male neighbor and attacked him with a cutter, causing forehead injuries.
The injured man walked to Tung Choi Street to report the incident, leaving blood stains along his path. Paramedics transported him to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.

The alleged attacker later surrendered himself at Mong Kok Police Station. Investigation continues.
The building contains numerous subdivided flats, many lacking private bathrooms, with small living spaces and high population density.
