HK reports two imported cases

Hong Kong reported two imported case on Saturday, without any untraceable local infection.

The two cases involved a 36-year-old man arriving from the United Arab Emirates, and a 26-year-old woman arriving from the USA.

The man underwent quarantine at Regal Airport Hotel in Chek Lap Kok and the woman at Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island in Wan Chai. They didn't develop any symptoms.

A total of 24 cases have been reported in the past 14 days, including 23 imported cases and one import-related case.

Residents at Chung Mei Building on Tai Kok Tsui Road in Tai Kok Tsui and residents at Block 6 of Handsome Court on Castle Peak Road in Tuen Mun are reminded to undergo compulsory testing as well.

The Covid tally stands at 11,976 and government will not stage the daily briefing today.
