Doctor hospitalized over brain hemorrhage two days after vaccine

A 58-year-old Hospital Authority employee who is a doctor of Queen Mary Hospital was hospitalized after suffering a brain hemorrhage two days after receiving a BioNTech coronavirus vaccination.

The doctor was vaccinated on April 14 and is suspected to have suffered a brain hemorrhage two days later, according to health officials.

He was found unconscious two days after the jab and sent to the Accident and Emergency Department of Ruttonjee Hospital for treatment.

After he was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage, he was transferred to Queen Mary Hospital for further treatment. He is now in serious condition.
