Hong Kong is on its way to establish “Art Bubble” and “Sports Bubble” with other countries, said Secretary for Home Affairs Caspar Tsui Ying-wai.

Speaking on a radio program today, Tsui said authorities are hoping the establishment of the two bubbles will allow performers and athletes to travel internationally to other places to attend performances or sports events after they were tested negative for the coronavirus.

“The two bubbles will more or less be based on the travel bubble deal we have with Singapore, but for these two bubbles, those who traveled will not be allowed to go into the local communities,” Tsui added.
