Woman in Lok Man Sun Chuen infected with coronavirus

A 50-year-old woman living in Lok Chi Lau, Lok Man Sun Chuen in To Kwa Wan was infected with the coronavirus, her infection is epidemiologically linked with other local cases.

 The Centre for Health Protection said as of 12am today,  it has recorded three additional confirmed coronavirus cases – two imported and one local – bringing the tally to 5,314 cases, including one probable case.

According to sources, the woman is a colleague of the 42-year-old man living in Block 9, Beverly Garden in Tseung Kwan O, who was diagnosed earlier. She was not seen as close contact with the infected man.

Two family members of the woman have been put under quarantine and sample bottles have been distributed to residents living in the same building.

The two imported cases include a 33-year-old woman returning from Germany who stayed at Kaza - Stanley on 120 Stanley Main Street.

The other returnee to the city is a 52-year-old woman from the United States, she stayed at the hotel Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View in Sheung Wan.-Photo: daisyatlokman Facebook
