'Auntie' struggles to get head around mask rules

Local | 16 Jul 2020 3:17 pm

A Hong Kong “auntie'' wearing her face mask on her head and resting with her legs stretched out on an MTR bench seat had caught the eye of social media users earlier and she had been snapped up again on board a 'ding ding,' repeating whatis being criticized as anti-social behavior.

Those who do not wear a face mask in public transport run the risk of a fine of HK$5,000. The rule was imposed in the wake of a resurgence of coronavirus infections in the community including among taxi drivers, diners, and elderly care home residents.

The woman was also seen on a tram, eating – the face mask crowning her head.
