A second jobless man, 24, accused of wounding a staffer of Lung Mun Cafe branch in Tsim Sha Tsui with intent on Monday was brought to the Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts today.
No plea was entered today and the case was adjourned until September 3. The defendant was remanded in custody after his bail application was rejected.
Yesterday, the first jobless man arrested for wounding the staffer appeared in court and was remanded in custody after he was denied bail.
Lung Mun Cafe's owner, Cheung Chun-kit, announced before the national security law came into effect that it will “quit the yellow economic circle.”
